Major UI/UX Upgrades to the MatPortal AI Assistant

The MatPortal contextual AI Assistant has received significant updates, including interactive copy buttons for code snippets, a non-obstructive drawer layout, and comprehensive tutorial guides.

Enhanced Assistant Layout

We have completely redesigned the AI Assistant's layout. The assistant drawer now slides in seamlessly alongside the main content without shifting the top navigation bar. In the Mobi workspace, the assistant can operate in both docked and floating modes, ensuring it never obstructs critical ontology property panels.

Interactive Code Snippets & SPARQL Integration

Code blocks generated by the assistant (such as Turtle, JSON, and SPARQL) now feature interactive Copy Code buttons. Even better, SPARQL query templates generated by the assistant can be injected directly into the YASGUI editor with a single click, automatically scrolling you to the query canvas for immediate execution.

Separation of Reasoning & Output

To improve readability, the raw 'thought process' of the underlying models (like Gemini) has been separated from the final response. Reasoning traces are now neatly tucked inside a styled, collapsible accordion panel at the bottom of the response block.
